O-rings on tip bases for improved tip handling
Safe seal: No need to use extra force for tip mounting to obtain a safe seal. This is because the o-rings provide a small but very tight sealing area between the pipette and the tip; with a consequent optimal tip fit.
The small sealing area between pipette tips and tip bases also means much reduced force requirement for tip ejection.
Because of the o-rings feature, CappAero pipettes have a good fit with a large variety of tip manufacturers, including brands such as Gilson Diamond, Greiner, StarLab, most of Eppendorf tips, Axygen, Porex, MBP, CLP, Omnitip, and many others
